LKPB YRT series turntable bearings
YRT Rotary Table bearing is a kind of rotating mechanism supported by outer ring and inner ring, which can be divided into three series: YRT Type, YRTS type and YRTM type. YRT series bearings are composed of three rows of rollers, two rows of axial roller to ensure stable axial load capacity, a row of radial roller to ensure that the bearings can withstand the role of radial force and overturning Torque, suitable for axial load of the rotary mechanism.
YRT series Rotary Table bearings, using a set of radial full roller, two groups of thrust roller cage assembly combined structure design, an outer ring, an l-shaped inner ring and the second inner ring, inner and outer ring with mounting holes, and pre-loading before the factory, not only simplifies the component structure, but also reduces the installation of the workload, reducing the high requirements for installation. Therefore, YRT series Rotary Table bearings are very suitable for low-speed and short-time operation with high precision, high rigidity and joint load, such as indexing table and rotary milling head.
YRT Standard series, YRTS high-speed series and ZKLDF thrust angular contact ball series all have high rotation accuracy, can withstand radial load, two-way axial load and overturning Torque, suitable for high-precision eyeable joint load occasion, such as rotary table, indexing head, direct-drive motor, rotary milling head, measuring equipment.
YRT Rotary Table bearing consist of a thrust/centripetal seat ring, a thrust/centripetal shaft ring, a thrust Washer, two needle roller cage assemblies and a set of centripetal cylindrical rollers. The seat ring and the shaft ring have uniformly distributed screw holes for installation. This type of bearing has high axial and radial bearing capacity. The thrust-centripetal composite structure can bear the axial load, the radial load and the overturning moment. The bearings are all equipped with mounting holes, which can be fixed directly by bolts.
